◆ 主办：中国•沈阳木歌文化传播有限公司 Organizer:Shenyang Muge Music Culture Development co., LTD ◆ 地点：中国•辽宁省沈阳市 Place: Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China ◆ 时间：2015年7月26-31日 Time: July 26 - 31, 2015 组委会权益 Rights and interests of the organizing committee ◆ 大会享有本次活动的比赛成绩，颁奖晚会及参赛作品的广播、电视、互联网播放权及报刊刊登权。 The organizing committee enjoys the publishing rights of the results of the competition, awards and entries of radio, television, Internet rights and newspapers published. ◆ 享有本次活动过程中，参赛选手的形象使用权；享有与本活动全过程相关的其他权益。 During the course of the activity, the organizing committee enjoys the right of the image of the competitors, and other other rights related. ◆ 因政策调整或其他不可抗拒因素无法执行本次活动，享有本活动的终止权。 The organizing committee enjoys the right of termination in case of certain policy adjustment or any force majeure factors. ◆ 比赛如每组参赛报名选手没有达到比赛比例人数，享有比赛临时调整权。 In each group of competition, if the the number of competitors cannot reach the reasonable ratio, the organizing committee has the right to make temporary adjustment. ◆ 最终解释权归大会所有。 The organizing committee has the right of final explanation. ◆ 大会未尽事宜将另行通知。 Matters not covered above will be informed. 参赛事项 Regulations 1、所有轮次的比赛面向公众开放。 All rounds of the competition are open to the public. 2、参赛选手必须衣着整齐，公平竞争，参赛曲目健康。 All contestants must be dressed formally, compete fairly, and use an appropriate song. 3、参赛选手必须服从组委会的安排，遵守大赛规则，尊重评判结果，否则将取消其参赛资格。 The contestants must follow the arrangements of the organizing committee, obey the rules of the competition, and respect the evaluation results. Otherwise, they will be disqualified. 4、参赛曲目一经上报，便不可更改，否则取消比赛资格。 Once a song is reported, it cannot be changed. Otherwise, the contestant is disqualified. 5、参赛选手不可迟到，比赛开始前30分钟还没报到者，取消参赛资格。 The contestants can not be late. If they do not report 30 minutes prior to the start of the competition, they are disqualified. 6、参赛选手必须背谱演奏，各轮比赛曲目不可重复。 Contestants must not use sheet music, and should have their piece memorized.Contestants must not repeat a single song. 7、低于规定演奏时间者，将取消本轮比赛成绩。 Below the prescribed playing time, will cancel the results of the competition. 8、选手演奏超过比赛规定时间，评委主任有权终止演奏。 Players is playing more than stipulated time, the judges, director of the right to terminate the play. 9、初、复赛评委主任可以在中途选择停止参赛者的表演（不影响参赛者的成绩）。 Preliminaries, rematch director can choose to stop in the middle of the judges contestants' performance(does not affect the contestants' performance). 10、比赛开始前，选手应出示身份证明材料。 Prior to the start of the game, players should be identification materials. 11、比赛出场前后顺序抽签决定，如果不到场抽签者以大会带抽，不得异议。 Contestants will be drawn at random to determine competition order. If a contestant is not present for thedrawing, the committee will draw in place of him/her, and the contestant must accept the results. 12、比赛顺序严格按照抽签号进行，不得随意更改。 The order must be strictly followed according to the results of the drawing, and cannot be changed. 13、评委是由国内外知名演奏家、专家、教育家组成; The judges will be composed of both domestic and international performers ranging from experts or educators. 14、如选手和评委之间有过学习经历，必须在比赛开始前告知评委主席; If a contestant has a personal learning experience from one of the judges, he/she is required to report it to the Chief Judge of the organizing committee. 15、初赛将产生12名参赛选手进入复赛，决赛进6名，往届冠军不得在参加本次比赛。 From the original pool of contestants, only 12 can advance to the preliminary round. From these 12, only 6 can advance to the final round, Former champion, can not participate in this competition. 16、决赛成绩若未达到评审团评分标准，该名次将取消。 In the final round, if the contestant does not meet the expectations of the judges, he/she will be eliminated. 17、评审团经过评议后做出的决定为最终的比赛结果。 After the judges’ deliberation, all results are final. 国际古典吉他公开赛 International Classical Guitar Open Competition 本组比赛不设定年龄与国籍限制。 No limits of age and nationality. 初赛：自选曲目不限。如多首，曲目必须不同时期的作品。时长7-10分钟。 Preliminary: Free Choice of pieces, 7-10 minutes. If more than one work, the pieces must be from different periods. 复赛：自选曲目不限。如多首，曲目必须不同时期的作品。时长12-15分钟。 Semi-final: Free Choice of pieces, 12-15 minutes. If more than one work, the pieces must be from different periods. 决赛：自选曲目不限。如多首，曲目必须不同时期的作品。时长15-20分钟以内。 Final: Free Choice of pieces, 15-20 minutes. If more than one work, the pieces must be from different periods. 国际古典吉他青少年比赛 International Classical Guitar Youth Competition 本组比赛年龄限制在18岁以下（含18周岁）、国籍不限。 No limit of nationality, under 18 years old (18 included). 初赛：自选曲目不限。如多首，曲目必须不同时期的作品。时长5-7分钟以内。 Preliminary: Free Choice of pieces, 5-7 minutes. If more than one work, the pieces must be from different periods. 决赛：自选曲目不限。如多首，曲目必须不同时期的作品。时长12-15分钟以内。 Final: Free Choice of pieces, 12-15 minutes.
